Your Beauty Plug's Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at [list the locations where in-store pickup is available]. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are [store hours] on [available days of the week]. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to all countries. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

How do I check the status of my order?Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. YourBeautyPlug is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@yourbeautyplugllc.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We are presently shipping our products to all states within United States of America.

What is the estimated delivery time?

All domestic orders are processed within 2 (two) business days. You can expect delivery of the order within 3-7 business days. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area, this may take a bit longer than usual timeline.

Are there any shipping charges?

You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.

How do I track my order?

After placing the order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Can I modify the shipping address of their order after it has been placed?

Yes, you can do that within 1-2 hours of placing the order; however, please ensure you email customer care to check if the item is shipped or not. Kindly note that we will not be able to entertain any modifications to the shipping address if the order is already shipped at the time of request.
